1. Application:

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods by Retro Funky Monkey to the customer, and form the entire agreement between the parties. 

2. Offer and Acceptance:

 A quotation from Retro Funky Monkey does not constitute an offer to sell. An order placed by the customer is an offer to purchase, which Retro Funky Monkey may accept or reject. 

3. Price and Payment:

The price of the goods is as stated in the invoice, and is payable on checkout. 

Payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard. 

4. Delivery:

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and Retro Funky Monkey is not liable for any delays.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery. 

5. Returns and Refunds:

Customers have the right to return goods within 30 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. 

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. 

Retro Funky Monkey is not liable for any consequential or indirect losses. 

6. Warranties:

Retro Funky Monkey warrants that the goods will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold. Unless otherwise stated in the listing.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. 

7. Limitation of Liability:

Retro Funky Monkey's liability is limited to the price of the goods.

Retro Funky Monkey is not liable for any consequential or indirect losses. 

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

9. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
